Become a Member
1. No vehicles inside park
2. Keep gate closed and locked at all times, even when using the park
3. No glass containers, fireworks or firearms allowed
4. Children under 10 must be with an adult
5. Not responsible for accidents, injuries or lost articles
6. Please dispose of trash in cans, and pick up after pets
7. 10:00pm curfew on noise
8. No fishing lines left unattended
9. No dead fish left in the park (throw back in bay!)
10. Parties are allowed with BTCC Board approval

*Membership is restricted to property owners within the Bayside Terrace addition*
*If you are a tenant of a single family home, you are welcome to join with permission from your landlord* Download and print the Property Owner & Tenant Agreement and submit it along with your membership slip.
